If you purchased JFBConnect, then we'll gladly support you. All purchases come with support, so I'm not sure where the confusion is from. Please let us know how you bought it, and we can look up your subscription for you.
I don't know the answer to your question off-hand. I still don't know what version of JFBConnect or the JFBCInvite module you're using. Any questions to the above, along with details of your purchase would be necessary for any support.
