By the way, the link characters are converted to some other code (%uE02%u0E2 blah blah blah) which I think the module has converted the encoding to some other format. is there a way to configure the encoding in the JBFC's component/moduel/plg (I've tried the language setting in the configuration, just want to know if there is another place I can fix it in the JBFC coding)

AND BY THE WAY, I NEED SUPPORT HERE TOO

Kavin,
Sorry for the delayed response. We'll be looking into this early this week. Not sure what's going on from your initial report, but we'll help you figure it out.

The weird characters are likely caused if you're site is non-latin character based and is being encoded into unicode when we transfer it back to be emailed out.

Thanks for your patience,
Alex

Yes, my site is UTF8 th-lang, I guess there is some converting function inside the JFBC engine before print the mail out. please advice.

BTW, I'm using the sh404sef, I don't know the JFBC would be able to pick up the link from that component or it would pass the original link as is.

Thanks

Not yet. I know this is taking a bit longer than expected, and sorry for that. We're working on the final features/fixes for 4.0 right now (due out at the end of this week) and would like to have this fixed for that release.

I just tried to get into the admin area of your site with the credentials you private messaged me, but they don't seem to be working now. Once we get in early this week, we should be able to determine how to properly encode the URL or otherwise make sure that the URL we email is 'proper' so that it can be clicked.

Thanks,
Alex
