As for the issue, that is definitely a strange URL

Please let us know what SEF component you're using on your site. If it's not standard Joomla (which I don't think it is), can you try telling it to 'skip' JFBConnect. Normally, this isn't required, but certain SEF extensions interfere with the communication we need to do with Facebook and can cause weird behavior like you're seeing.

If that doesn't help, once we know what SEF extension you're using, we may have some other configuration changes that we can provide to help get you going.
