Underneath the login area, you should see a "My Subscriptions" link. Click that, scroll to the bottom, and you should be able to see the download manager (Select JFBConnect, and then select the zip files you want to download).
Hopefully that does it for you, and your subscription is indeed active as indicated from the bubble under your name.
