Sorry for the delay in getting to this post. I just tried the site you linked too, but it looks like Joomla was just installed there (there's a not about removing the installation directory). When you get a site up again, if you're still having this issue, just let us know, and we'll gladly do what we can to help.

I removed the link you posted above, just so you know, as it's never good to have links to an in-construction (or in-process installation) site.
