I understand where your coming from, and that's never a good situation. Again though, if you know his name, that will help us look up his account and determine the best way to proceed. If you have his old email address, that'd be great too, but if not, hopefully an email address would do. Not looking for information to actually log into his account, we'll do the search for him.
As for the current Kunena plugin, we can send that to. Is the email we have on file for your Facebook account the right account? Please note though, the latest version of JFBConnect is 3.2.2, which has some bug-fixes for various things. If you run into issues, we won't be able to provide much support if we can't look up the previous user's subscription.
