hello,

i have recently been appointed webmaster for a new site, the previous webmaster had the full JFBconnect installed with pluggins, but after a site restore to a perivous version I no longer have access to the plugins im only interested in the Kunena profile plugin. can anyone help me out.

Please note previous webmaster left on bad terms and refused to give login details to get into My Subscritions on his profile.

No problem, we can help out. If you would, please send me an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., with, if you know it, the old webmaster's email address and name. If we can find him in our system, we'll gladly add whatever time is left on his subscription to your account.

Beyond that, without knowing what version of JFBConnect you're using, I can't send you the Kunena plugin since they're tied (somewhat) to the main JFBConnect version. If you can provide that, it would help as well.

Hi, Thanks for the reply.

Sadly the person in question destroyed our site hence the restore to an old copy. Also it was the only in charge of the internet side of the association, so when we let him go we had to get the whole server changed to new emails and passwords, so we dont have any details of his credentials.

The version we managed to get installed was 3.2.1

I understand where your coming from, and that's never a good situation. Again though, if you know his name, that will help us look up his account and determine the best way to proceed. If you have his old email address, that'd be great too, but if not, hopefully an email address would do. Not looking for information to actually log into his account, we'll do the search for him.

As for the current Kunena plugin, we can send that to. Is the email we have on file for your Facebook account the right account? Please note though, the latest version of JFBConnect is 3.2.2, which has some bug-fixes for various things. If you run into issues, we won't be able to provide much support if we can't look up the previous user's subscription.

the email address you have for me is correct.

Hes details might have been these but he was known for being very private, maybe This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and Adam Smith.

I just emailed you the Kunena plugin to try to help you out in your current situation. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any account information for name or email address you supplied , so I couldn't add a subscription to your account.

Hopefully, this plugin helps get you going again. Should you need support or access to the newest releases, you'll need to purchase a subscription.
