For the 4.1 release (no announced timeframe), we're currently scoping out the big feature to be an overhaul to the comments functionality in JFBConnect. This will include a lot of features that should also make something like what you're looking for very easy to implement. I don't have many more specifics about our planned feature-set for that release. However, please note that Facebook changes features frequently, and what we're planning to focus on today may change tomorrow for a variety of reasons. We do feel that more robust comment integration will be a great feature, and is requested a bit in a few ways, so definitely one of our priority areas.
