Yes, we support Kunena 1.5.x and 1.6.x. We recommend using 1.6 as it's newer, is being continuously developed, and is the future of Kunena. Additionally, 1.5.8 is over 2.5 years old now, and there have been several security updates since then. If you choose to stick with the 1.5 series, we'd highly recommend at least upgrading to the last in that branch, 1.5.14:
