Remove Comments from K2 item

Unfortunately, we don't have a great way to do that right now. We're working on big improvements to our K2 integration.. which isn't perfect right now. We hope to have something similar to the section, category, and article id selection that we have for Joomla articles right now. It should be available at or around our July release.
