How can I do this? I bought this because I thought that importing facebook events to jomsocial was available... still unsure.

essentially, I want logged in facebook users to be able to add an event to the events calendar on jomsocial.

I mean, I want the site to update facebook events to the jomsocial calendar without having to enter the event information again.... like it pulls the status... can we pull events to the jomsocial event calendar?

No, that capability is not available with JFBConnect. I'm not sure where you thought that ability was available, but if you read it somewhere, we'll correct it.

Pulling more information from Facebook to your Joomla site, and JomSocial, is something we're working on, but we don't have any announced timeline for when something like what you're looking for would be available.
