I believe I asked this question before but I could not find my last post.

I am trying to upgrade my package and I keep getting an error message. "Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package."

my com_jfbconnect... file uploaded fine but my jfbconnect_profile... & jfbconnect_social_modules... folders are both getting the message. How can I fix this problem?

To install the profile or social modules, you first need to unzip them first. Then, install each extension in there individually. We do it this way because there's quite a few, and you should really only try to install the extensions you're going to use.

There's no way to install all the social modules or profile plugins at once.

Thank you Alex. I installed the extensions that I needed. Does it take time for them to work properly?

It shouldn't take time.. I guess a little more information about what's not working will help us figure out what the problem, and solution would be.
