They had myAPI installed and didn't like it. Was already familiar with this product from another site I admin. Never had these issues before.

Walked through the installation and configuration guide. Set up the Oasis Application for the Site.
Login Using Facebook button works like a champ.
Cannot Remove the Powered By links
None of the call tags work
Nothing shows up even though I enabled it for the front page.

I've attached admin screen shots to hopefully help. I've left the front page active for review.

For the Powered By links, check the Misc tab of the JFBConnect component to make sure it's disabled there. Then, in any JFBCxxx modules you have enabled, there is a parameter in there for "Show Powered By" that you should disable as well. That should take care of that without any problem.

As for the tags, I'm not sure why that's happening, in all honesty. The pictures get resized when uploaded (I just increased the default size), and unfortunately, I can't see your URL. Can you post, or Private Message, it? The content plugin inserts the {JFBCLike ...} tags, which it sounds like you're seeing.. and the JFBCSystem plugin should replace these with the proper Facebook widget. It looks like those are all the latest version, so don't know what's preventing that from happening. The main guess I have right now is to try re-ordering the JFBCSystem plugin to the very first plugin to fire. If that doesn't work, try the last..

Finally, I don't see it in your screenshots, but if you have the JFBCSocial plugin installed, uninstall it. It's an older plugin that isn't used anymore, but can cause conflicts.

Either way, we'll help you figure it all out. Worse case, we may need super admin credentials to determine if anything else is wonky.

Thanks,
Alex
