Hi

I have recently purchased the JFBConnect for my Joomla website. I have tried to configure everything as suggested in the documentation, however when I click on Profiles tab i get the following message "Community Builder was not detected.' I have enabled this plugin in my plugin manager but it does not seem to pick it up. I have also tried the other profile plugins but they to are not detected.

Is there any other setting i am forgetting to publish?

Thanks

Do you actually have Community Builder, or any of the other extensions your trying to integrate with, installed? We do a quick check to make sure that you have Community Builder, JomSocial, Agora, Kunena, or K2 installed, and what you're seeing is that check failing.

If you don't have those extensions installed, it's not a problem. JFBConnect works just fine without them. By having one (or more) of them installed, it gives you the ability to pull more profile information from Facebook into those extensions though.

Hi Alex

Thanks for your reply. Yes I do have it installed and enabled. I have attached a folder with screenshots to show you. In the overview you will see there is a tick next to the name and in profiles I am unable to manage this.

Thanks

I'm sure you installed the Community Builder plugin for JFBConnect. However, I was mainly asking if you have Community Builder itself installed. This is a separate component from JFBConnect that you'll see in the Components menu drop-down when you hover over it. The same goes for Agora, K2, Kunena, and JomSocial. They'd all show up in that drop-down menu, and if they don't, our plugin(s) don't have anything to integrate with.

Hope that makes sense.
