Hi,

I have just installed JFBConnect on a second website but I get an error "The comments plugin requires an href parameter" just under the like box, and for some reason the Facebook Login button only works on Kunena forum pages?

Can you help?

Thanks in advance.

That's a little strange. For the Comment box, are you using the {JFBCComments} tag, or the Content plugin which inserts it into every article automatically?

As for the Login Button, can you send us a link to a page that works and one that doesn't? Usually, this is a javascript error on the non-working pages. We'll do what we can to get to the bottom of it.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you.

I guess it must be the plugin as i have not activated a module yet. Its below the like button which is odd, because the comments box above the like box works (and not sure why its trying to load a second instance of comments).

http://www.catco*mpare.com/forum.html - login works
http://www.catco*mpare.com login doesnt work

Remove the * to visit URL.

I think you might be right about my having a java issue.
IE says those pages have errors but i am not fluent enough in joomla to fix/find the issue.

Hi alzander,

Just seeing if you had any suggestions as to ways which might resolve this?

Many thanks,
Lee

You have something in the body tag of your site called "SetKeyword()". I don't know what this is, but it's supposed to be a Javascript function. That function is undefined, which is throwing a Javascript error.

There may be more problems, but this is the first thing that needs to be fixed. I have no clue what is adding the SetKeyword call though, so I can't help you there.

Good luck!
