No problem whatsoever. You bought a subscription to our product, and if you can't use it, that's no good for either of us! We like to help, and it's good karma to help with 'general' Joomla issues when we can as well, so no worries.
Definitely keep us posted, and I think you should be all set, from what you've said, if you get that limit increased.
