Hi, my boss just purchsaed the component and im wondering how the registering process works?

Q: does JFBC automatically syncs the FB email with the same email registered to your site w/out giving you a choice if u want to?, coz thats what happen when im testing it, if so it would be at least worth complaining about... If that is truly how it works.

Ive noticed that if u login a FB email that is not yet registered in your site it would promt you a if you already has an acc and if you would like it to be sync, w/c is good.

also, recently when i was trouble shooting the component coz it wont work properly, i tried to disable the JFBC profiles and POOF! it worked... wierd, i think its because the community builder plugin installed long before the JFBC... is that the right way to do it?

What version of JFBConnect are you using, and do you know the name your boss subscribed under? Priority support is for active subscribers only.

As for your question, it can be configured to automatically link users if their email is in the system, or it can be configured to force the user to link their accounts. Let us know what version of the CB profile plugin, JFBConnect, and Community Builder you're using, along with how you want it to work, and we can help you configure it that way.
