i have paid for this component and i installed it and its not working with my site at all ... the comments and like doesnt work at all and it keep give me this symbols :

and there is no thing work please hep me in that

Looking at what you're using on your site, your version of JFBConnect is over 4 months old, and the first thing we'd recommend is upgrading to 3.2.1 of JFBConnect. If you insist on using 3.1.2, which is fine, just post from the account you subscribed from and I think we can get you straightened out pretty quickly. The tags your seeing on the page are usually very easy to diagnose.
