Logout Session Control was created by twinj
When I logout of Facebook connect using the Module the page will redirect to home page and then automatically log me back in using my facebook credentials. The session should be fully over. Strange thing is it does not update the new login back to JomSocial. I am using all latest versions of the component.

You're logging out using the JFBCLogin module? When you logout are you seeing the blue box stating that you're being logged out of Facebook?

I'm not sure what you mean by it "does not update the new login back to JomSocial"

I've noticed this problem only seems to happen in Firefox, it's fine in IE

I am also getting the same issue, and just since I upgraded to version 2.1 test version.

It happens in Safari and Firefox not tested on IE7

It does not seem to make any difference if I am logged into Facebook or not. The only difference is that if I am logged into Facebook, then I get the popup telling me that you are about to log out of both kumbooka and Facebook. If I am not logged into Facebook, then I do not get this message.

This is becoming a problem to me as I have multiple accounts that I use for testing, and it is near impossible to log out.

My work around is to log out of Facebook, and then back into Facebook with a different account, then refresh my kumbooka connection, and it iwll reconnect with the new account currently logged into Facebook.

I also occasionally get user with id 0 not found when logging in, I thought I had got rid of this, but it is back again.

I hope this helps.

Gary

Sorry, I was in a rush when I posted this.

I am using the JFbLogin module to logout and get teh message that says I am logging out of both accounts. But on refresh of the page I get loggd staright back in with my facebook credentials.

What I meant by the Jomsocial issue is that when I get automatically logged back in... My Jomsocial does not fully recognise it so I still have to type in a user and password.

This has happened for almost all versions after the jomsocial additions. (as I can recall)

AT first I ust thought it was a temp issue then i realised its a bug somewhere.

It happens to me in either ie or firefox.

This is really a new issue to us. We are investigating and will try to figure out the problem soon. The different browsers shouldn't be making a difference, but it's possible. When you click the logout button, it should (as it says) log you out of both your site and Facebook and kill your cookies for both in the process.

If you determine anything new, let us know. Also, if you would, try on our demo site and let us know if it occurs there. If there's something we need to change in our configuration to make it more like yours, let us know so we can narrow it down.

It works properly on teh test site. I have my connect to automatically create the account. I will try it the other way and let you know.

Ok it seems for now that your test site does not have that issue. But i behaves completely difernt anyway... For one we do not have that account creation link that yuo have. In fact I would prefer that...

I tried it and it worked fine at first.. but now i cant log in using my created joomla account...

I have also noticed that a lot of the accounts being created are not showing up in the user section of my jfbconnect too. I have over 80 users now trying to use and am getting reports that its not working or they cant access...

It has something to do with what facebook is doing to the cookie maybe....

WIll do more tests..
