Thinking of giving alpha point to new user login from Facebook using Jfacebook conect, can it be done in the new release?

It can't, yet. AUP has now bubbled up to one of the most requested features, so we'll likely come out with an integration plugin for it soon. RIght now, we're focused on the Joomla 1.6 compatible release, but I can see an AUP plugin coming after that in May.
