Hello, My facebook connect works but it requires multiple clicks to fully process the new user.

For example.
If the user is not already signed in to facebook, the first click will prompt them with a pop up to sign in. Then it will reload the page, still not logged in. I will get a new user email notice in my email , with blanks for all the fields. Then if they click facebook connect again it will then log them in and create the account. (sometimes it takes an extra click on top of this).

Any advice?

My site is slopeedge.com

Shane,
A couple of suggestions to try and help diagnose (or maybe fix) the problem, but no silver bullets for now.
1) Your Facebook application information seems to point to "slopeedge.com" but your Login module (and parts of your page) redirect to www.slopeedge.com. If that's the preferred (or more common URL), please update your application to the following:
Site URL: www.slopeedge.com/
2) Please enable "Display API Errors on Front-end" in the API Configuration of JFBConnect. That may help us determine if there's a communication problem with Facebook.

Obviously, the behavior above isn't right. I tried to login twice, and both times got a message that the email is blank.. and no account created. Hopefully the above helps us make some progress, but please let us know what you find!

Ok I have done the changes you asked. When FB user is logged in it seems to work everytime.

When they are not logged in and get prompted to do so, it seemed to work sometimes I think.

I turned on display errors so maybe you'll see something i'm missing.

Thanks

Shane,
I'm still seeing some intermittent problems. Most of the time, I log in properly, but there are other times when I don't. I don't know what's causing this. At first, I thought it was specific to the slide-out login module you have, but I also see it happening in the forums with the Login With Facebook button you've placed there.

Can you let me know what Authentication and User plugins you have activated? It's possible one of those is conflicting. To diagnose this further (if the plugins you have enabled doesn't help), I may have to ask for super admin access to figure out what's happening.

Thanks, and sorry for the troubles.
