No, you should disable JomSocial's Facebook integration as it can conflict with JFBConnect.
Finally, I believe the reason that the Login With Facebook button is not working is due to your Like button at the top. This module is also including the Facebook Javascript API, which we include as well. Including it twice on a page can cause the same issues as you're seeing now. Please either modify that module to remove the inclusion of the connect.facebook.com/en_US/all.js file, or use JFBConnect's included JFBCLike module in that position.
