Those are 2 separate issues. For the first (the login issue), check the following:
1) Unpublish any JFBCProfile plugins that you don't have the extension installed for. So, if you have the JomSocial extension installed, don't publish the JomSocial profile extension, etc.
2) If the profile extensions you have are correct, enable Error Reporting, and let us know what error shows up on that blank page. That will help us diagnose the problem quickly. To enable error reporting, see:

For the invite module, it's likely the "Thank you" URL parameter you have setup in the module's parameters is simply pointing to an invalid page. Please make sure this page exists and works on your site (try going to it directly) and make sure that in Joomla it's marked as "Public" and if it's a content page, that the article is published.
