I just responded to your email as well, but the forums are monitored more heavily, so any follow-ups are best sent here. My reponse is below, and hopefully this resolves your issue:
We're investigating why you'd be seeing those issues, but for now, there's 2 solutions that should fix the problem for you:
1) In JFBConnect, click on the Profiles tab. Then, simply hit 'apply'. This will re-save your JomSocial integration settings and should add the configuration setting for profiles_jomsocial_field_map, which seems to not be set in your site.
2) If the above doesn't change anything, then you should disable Error Messages. This will mask the error that's being shown. It's not a perfect solution, but will get you past the problem for now.
You can disable error reporting by going to Site->Global Configuration. Hit the Server Tab, and change Error Reporting to None. This is the recommended setting for any live/production site.
