Just upgraded to JFBC 3.2. Joomla 1.5.23 and JomSocial 2.0.6

LOGIN/LOGOUT SETTINGS, Auto Login FB Users= Yes , Logout of Joomla Only = No

Clicking Logout buton on my site (either Joomla or JomSocial) has no effect on Joomla login or Facebook Login. The system hits the server and reloads the page, but there is no visible effect.

Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting this?

How was 3.1 calling the comments?

For 3.2
- If you install the Comments Module and then in Joomla open the module and enable it, I get a Comments box
- Still have lost prior comments

Is this how 3.2 is supposed to work?

Widyolar,
Can you post the link to the page where you can't logout? That will help us debug the problem.

I'll keep the comment discussion in the other thread.

I've been trying to logout from w w w . t a n g o b e a t . c o m

Just off our home page. Our rockettheme template uses a module called SignalLogin, but I think it's more of an interface for the standard login/logout than something completely different. Maybe you know better.

For now, I just turned auto-login from FB off.

By the way, thanks for all the great work you have put into 3.2.

Ahh. Yes. If you're using a different logout button than ours, it won't log the user out of Facebook, even if you tell JFBConnect to do so. In that case, you can't enable Automatic Logging in, or else the user will never be able to log out of your site.

If you can modify that module you're using, and update the button, you can simply add
onclick="javascript:jfbc.login.logout_button_click()"

That will make things work just like our JFBCLogin's logout button will work. Hope that helps, but if you have questions, just let us know.

Thanks for the kudos on 3.2. It took a lot of work (and testing), so we're glad to finally have it out the door!

Thanks. I don't think it makes sense to modify that login/logout because we have users who join directly instead of through FB.
Agree or am I missing something?

If you add that text, it shouldn't affect 'normal' Joomla users. It simply adds the logout features for JFBConnect users.

Completely your choice.
