I just purchased your software with the jomsocial plugin. I believe I installed it correctly but when you try to login using the facebook connect it loads the iframe and then asks for access to your information, and then it just disappears and takes you back to the generic login page. It does not seem to create anything with the profiles or copy over any information. What do i need to adjust to get it to work properly?

If you're using it with JomSocial, make sure you have their Facebook integration disabled. To do this, disable the API/Secret keys in their Facebook Connect tab in the configuration area.

After that, hopefully things will work better, but if not, please post the URL of your site and we can take a look to see what's happening.

Thanks!

I just tested the site. After the iFrame asking for my Facebook credentials, I was successfully redirected to:
http://www.domain.com/investors/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&view=loginregister

I then filled out the registration side of the form and created a new account. I was logged in successfully. I logged out, and then was able to log back in with the same Facebook credentials.

I'm not sure how you're locking down the site, but please test with it 'open' for now and see if that helps. As far as I can see, everything is working exactly as it should.

We used Chrome on a Win7 system. If you're testing and seeing differently with another configuration, let us know what it is, and we'll test with that.

Thanks!
