Using the configurable styling for a FB like button you can specify the URL but not the image that you want to appear on the user's Facebook wall.
{ JFBCLike url=http://www.sourcecoast.com buttonStyle=standard showFaces=true width=500 verbToDisplay=like font=arial colorScheme=dark}
Is there any way to do this - I know the URL of the image I want to display.

Not yet. With the 3.2 version, due out next week, we'll have extensive support for specifying the OpenGraph tags for each page. Using that, you'll be able to set the image or any other meta information about your page for Facebook to use when someone Likes it.

For more information about the 3.2 release, check out our sneak peek blog post:

Hope this helps!

Bill,
Just wanted to let you know that version 3.2 of JFBConnect is available with extensive OpenGraph support, to allow you to describe your page to Facebook. There's even the option automatically use the first image in an article as the Like image.

Good luck, and hope you enjoy!
