Single step before FB-register

Not quite yet. For 3.2, coming out very soon, we're adding the ability if you're using the "Full Joomla User" feature to add extra fields to the registration form. If you're using CB or JomSocial, we're planning to update those plugins after the release to add their "Accept Terms" buttons, but it won't be available immediately.

Extra fields will not be possible for the Facebook Only option simply because that will require a form.. and at that point, you might as well go with the Full User option.

Another option that may work temporarily (or permanently) that we've seen is simply redirecting the user to the Terms page using the New User Redirection. If the terms say anything along the lines of "Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms", that should be good. We're no lawyers, of course, though.

It's in testing right now. We were hoping for Friday this week, but we're going to Joomla Day New England for the weekend, so instead of getting it out and then not being (as) available for support, we're targeting mid-next week.

Hope that works. Again, ToS won't be immediately included in that release (though you can add fields which the user can fill out), but should get you closer to what you're looking for.

A configurable "Accept terms" box won't be immediately available soon, but additional registration fields will be included in 3.2. Accept terms should be availble later on (likely in April), but I can't lock that in right now.

Finally, it's not mentioned above, so what profile system are you using right now for showing and requiring terms: JomSocial or Community Builder?
