You'll need to make sure you have your Fanpage ID in the configuration area for the module. If that doesn't help, can you post a link to where it's enabled so we can see how it's configured?

We just checked out your page, and there's a few issues. The first is that the Facebook Javascript library is not being loaded. This is done through the JFBConnect - System plugin. Please enable that, and that should help get things going.

Also, the other Fanbox module you installed uses the very old (2 years now) Facebook Javascript library. This library is incompatible with the newer one that we load, so it will need to be disabled too, or you may run into issues.
