btw, in Components >>JFBConnect >>Configuration, 'Display API Errors On Front-End:' is set to 'NO'

The JFBConnect Namespace plugin is very old and hasn't been used in over 2 years. Please go to the Installer area and uninstall it. That will fix the issue you're having, and everything else should work just fine.

Thank you Alex, that worked. Also, when I installed the new version, my IE8 users could not see content - no posts, no groups. But when I removed the old cold, IE8 worked again.
