However, I do have a recommendation. You're using a SEF extension for Joomla that doesn't appear to be the Joomla integrated one. This should be fine, but it's changing the URLs we're passing to Facebook a little bit. This is very likely what's causing some problem. Can you go into your SEF component and tell it to 'skip' all JFBConnect URLs? This is usually pretty easy, but different for every SEF component. Hopefully, that will fix you right up
alzander wrote: Yeah, there's got to be a way to disable their SEF router from working on JFBConnect. Not sure which extension your using, though a few guesses.. when you say it 'doesn't work when its turned off only for this component', do you mean you get the same issue still, or something else altogether?!
alzander wrote: Another suggestion is to look at the Artio SEF suggestion in our Common Support Questions section.. It's in the middle. If you're using Artio, try this:http://www.sourcecoast.com/extensions/jfbconnect/common-support-questions

Thanks for the login credentials. I just tried to register and login, using XP/IE7 and Win7/IE8 and didn't get the 404 error this time.
