Hi Maurice,
For a subdomain, you should use the following settings when setting up your Facebook Application:
Site URL: subdomain.domain.com
Base URL: domain.com

That should fix any problems you may be running into. If not, let us know and also post the URL of the site you're seeing this on ,or private message it to us if you don't want it public.

Thanks!

maggiessiblingsandfamily.info
I put the following in for facebook setup:
Site URL: maggiessiblingsandfamily.info.countryboycreations.com/
Base URL: countryboycreations.com

Still getting the error.

I'm actually a little confused. The first URL you post (maggiessiblingsandfamily.info/) isn't a sub-domain as it resolves properly and is a primary domain of the .info class. In that case, I would suggest the following settings:
Site URL: maggiessiblingsandfamily.info/
Base URL: maggiessiblingsandfamily.info

To me, that's not a subdomain at all. The Site URL you post above is for a different site, and actually seems unrelated. Although it does have the .info site you mention above it 'in' the domain, if someone were to create google.com.mydomain.info, it wouldn't automatically make google.com part of their domain. Hope that makes sense, but from my standpoint, all the URLs mention above are unrelated. If I'm confused about something, please clarify, but I'd suggest trying my settings above and see if it helps.

Good luck!

Let me start over.... The domain maggiessiblingsandfamily.info/ is pointing to a folder under the public/html directory of www.countryboycreations.com

/public_html/joomla/

Thats why i was calling it a subdomain. Please advise. I have already tried the following:

Site URL: maggiessiblingsandfamily.info/
Base URL: maggiessiblingsandfamily.info

Thanks,

Regardless of where it is on your server, the DNS entries and site itself appear as their own separate site to the world and to Facebook. It's not a subdomain, as far as I can tell. The Site and Base URLs should be like what you post above.

I grabbed the application ID for you app and tried to visit the page. However, Facebook is redirecting me to the home page when I try. Is your application correctly setup, and able to be visited? I think this is why you're running into issues:
www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=155221724494704

Let us know if you can actually visit the application page, or if there's something else we should know about your configuration.

Thanks!
