My client's site (whose account this is) facebook login doesn't work in Internet Explorer, but works in chrome/firefox/safari. I even uploaded an IE plugin which did nothing.

The site is www.morethanaspace.com. When you login using IE8, A pop up screen of nothing pops up. Sometimes you might see the FB Connect screen but you fill it out and nothing happens.

Could you please let me know why this is happening and how it can be fixed? Most of his visitors and sponsors come from Facebook. So, we really need this to be fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The popup came up consistently for me asking for my username and password from Facebook. I tried a few times, but never filled out the information.

While that worked for me, that doesn't mean it's not having issues. When I loaded the page, in the bottom right corner, I saw the little indicator for Javascript errors while the page was loading. It actually went away after the page fully loaded, which is strange. I went to Internet Options and in the Advanced tab checked the box next to "Display a notifcation about every script error" and reloaded the page. There were multiple errors that came up, which I did not diagnose (they weren't related to JFBConnect, and I didn't recognize them).

Facebook Connect is heavily reliant on Javascript, and if there are JS errors on the page, it can easily prevent FB Connect from functioning properly. I'd investigate those errors and try to remove them. I checked for some of the other common issues and didn't find anything on your site, so this will hopefully be the solution.

Good luck, and let us know if there's anything else we can help with!
