Yes, that's fine. By doing that, you're preventing that file from loading (since it doesn't exist). I would actually recommend removing the whole <script ...> all.js</script> line from there.
Our inclusion of the Facebook API is better because we do it based on your language, whereas the en_US one would always be in English.
