Topic-icon importing contact data problem

I get account details for new registrants everytime a new person registers.. but when i login into my admin back end. . they dont show up on the user profile..
i have had 2 people registered that i have gotten their contact details but it hasnt shown up in the user profile.. and also
i have installed the third party profiles to allow me to import extra data regarding each user.. why is that it doesnt show up in the user profile for each user

When you say they don't show up in the User Profile, where are you looking? The Joomla User manager, or a 3rd party component? If it's another component (like Community Builder or JomSocial), which one isn't it appearing in and is the user showing up in the Joomla User manager?

what i am saying is that i get messages that a new user has registered for afrocan media.. it sends me their email and name but when i look into the user map of jfbconnect component.. the person's contact does not appear. also in the contacts tab of the component section.. only admin show..
any solution to this.

i get a message like this :

but then when i check the user map of the jfbconnect component, the new register does not show up in the user
map and also the new user does not show in the conatcts component in the component section

Ah, thanks for the explanation. From that description, my best guess is that JFBConnect (or it's plugins) are enabled properly. Please check the JFBConnect Overview page and mainly ensure that the "Required Extension Check" area indicates know errors.

In particular, make sure that the Plugins are enabled according to the configuration guide on this page:

If everything is working correctly there, try moving the JFBConnect Authentication plugin to be ordered as -100, so it fires first and order the Joomla User plugin to -100 and the JFBConnect User plugin to -99, ensuring their ordering and that they fire before all other user plugins.
