Blog Article layout was created by tiaguis
We are currently using DISQUS comments and in our blog (joomla blog/category layout) comments show up after the intro text of the article. and they also show up on the full view of the article.
I installed the comments module to show on the blog pages only, but it doesn't show on each article unless you click and visit that article.
is there a way to make it show as the DISQUS does? comments for each article displayed on the page?
Thanks

When using the JFBContent plugin, in the parameters section, make sure it's set to show for Front Page articles as well. It's possible the page you're trying to show is actually a FrontPage layout, which looks like a blog, but is a little different internally to Joomla. Also, let us know if you're using K2 to display your articles, or something other than core Joomla Content.

Finally, feel free to send us a URL to your page, as that may help us narrow down possible causes.

Thanks!

thanks for your reply. I wasn't clear on my post.
I only need a category to show the JFBContent Plugin, the category is the Blog of the company. The rest of the website, we don't want the comments/like option.
Any idea on how to achieve this while you guys get it for 3.2?

The only way to really do that now is one of the following:
1) Use the JFBCLike and/or JFBCComment modules. You can set these up to display on the menu item you want, which usually corresponds to a specific category.
2) Manually include the {JFBC...} tags in each article

1 is likely the best option, and should help you do exactly what you want, and was the recommend method before we had the JFBCContent plugin at all. It works for most users, gives the flexibility you should need, by working on specific menu items and allows placement anywhere in the template.

Hope this helps, but if it doesn't, let us know why not and we may be able to help you overcome any other obstacles.
