Facebook recently made it harder to find the Page ID. However, the following should help you get it:
1) When you're on your Fan Page, usually, the ID can be found in the URL.
2) Sometimes though, the URL may not have the ID. In this case, in the bottom left side of the page is a "Share" link. This link has a parameter p[]=12345. The 12345 number should be the Page ID.
