bought this thing for $50 and installed.. very complicated.
in the end it's not working..
I need a refund

here's the error:

We can gladly give you a refund if you'd like. However, please understand that the error your seeing is actually with Facebook, not JFBConnect. There's nothing we can do about it until Facebook fixes the issue. You can see the official bug report below. About 2 times a year, Facebook has problems like this, and you unfortunately stumbled onto just such a time.

Again, if you'd like a refund, let us know, we have no problem doing it, but after setting it up, you may want to wait a few more hours to see how it works and will help your site.

I understand but this is not for me. There are more complication issues than the connect error itself.
It may be bad timing or whatnot, but I just purchased this in the last few hours and I already have headaches with it. It breaks a lot of my configurations and now I have to re-install everything.

I want a refund please.

Thanks for the prompt and friendly support. If I got anything out of it, it's your great customer service and prompt response to email. I will try again at a later time when my site is not dependent on a few custom modules.

We completely understand. Yes, our support is excellent and is one of the many ways we try to differentiate ourselves. The other way is by having a superior, and usually pain-free, product. Of course, the other-other way is by actually honoring our favorable refund policy.. :)
