We can gladly give you a refund if you'd like. However, please understand that the error your seeing is actually with Facebook, not JFBConnect. There's nothing we can do about it until Facebook fixes the issue. You can see the official bug report below. About 2 times a year, Facebook has problems like this, and you unfortunately stumbled onto just such a time.

We completely understand. Yes, our support is excellent and is one of the many ways we try to differentiate ourselves. The other way is by having a superior, and usually pain-free, product. Of course, the other-other way is by actually honoring our favorable refund policy..
