I'm just curious if I'm possibly missing something here in the configuration. So, please forgive the quite possibly forthcoming and perhaps stupid question.

1.) Can the comment component embed a comment on a Facebook Page wall? As of now, a list on the website populates, and the comment is posted on the user's profile. Ultimately, can this component drive posts to a Facebook wall from the site.

2.) Can the Feed module (or any other) show the latest posts on a linked Facebook wall?

So, I'm trying to be able to both post comments, and view comments posted by others on the website...

Thanks in advance!

1) Not yet. We're planning on a much improved system for comment management features in the 3.2 release, with more features in subsequent releases. Posting to wall and other actions on comment is one of the goals, but we're in the research stage right now. Basically, until now, we've focused on the single-sign on aspect of JFBConnect.. we've got that to be very solid and meets just about all our users needs.. so the next step is better integration between the social features of Facebook and Joomla, so expect improvements on that front.

2) The JFBCFan module may be what you're looking for. It can show the 'stream' from a fan page. I hope that's what you're looking for. If you want it from a specific user's wall, I don't think that's possible due to privacy settings. Also, in that case, you'd probably be better doing that on a Fan Page anyways so that you can get likes and users of that page instead of having to use your personal page for promotion.

Let us know if that works for you, or is a problem, and we'll see what we can do.

Thanks!
