We actually went out of our way to prevent admin problems even more with this release. We may need access to your site again to diagnose and debug the current issue.
Is the only problem that you can't login to the admin area if you're logged into Facebook? It seems from the post that there may be other problems. I know there's a few other features that you're looking for, which are being worked on now that 3.1 is out.
