New profile in Facebook & a layout issue

Facebook changes things on the surface a bit, but usually, the underlying data is the same. So, while the profile field name may change, many times, it's similar data underneath. For example, they've used sex & gender at different times, they've expanded the "School" information into High School and College, etc. For us though, we generally access this data in the same way.

If you know of specific fields we're missing, or that aren't working, let us know. We'd love to look into it more and find the problem. The database we have access to for profile information in Facebook is available below. If there's something wrong/missing, again, let us know. There have been plenty of times in the past where we've missed changes in Facebook, so we love getting this stuff pointed out to us if you think we're out of the loop!

The "Bio" field is what you're looking for. Test that out, and see if it's what you're looking for. If not, you know where to find us!

Check to ensure that the JFBConnect User plugin is still ordered after the Joomla user plugin. If you look at the JFBConnect Overview page, make sure there's not any errors (the ordering issue should be called out).

If that looks good, you may want to try setting the "Always import profile data" to yes (temporarily) to see if that fixes your problem. If so, let us know.
