So some of the language strings took, but not others? That's strange. Ensure that you captured all of them. Some of the language strings are in the mod_jfbclogin.ini file as well, and it's possible you missed some there.
If not, post exactly what's coming up in English, and we can help you figure out how to translate them. There are a few strings which aren't in the language file yet, mainly the notification messages for success and failure. We're working to fix these in the next release.
