Disappointed - I purchased your product because MYAPI which I was using does not do FB login with IE.
I've enabled JFBCConnect. When I now login (either with FB or directly) my webpages do not completed processing - stop half way through canvas, or with missing modules. Home Page and Login page (both where login form are located) complete ok.

Obviously, that's not normal, and we can help you get to the bottom of it. It's very possible, if you're coming from MyAPI that the 'old' Facebook Javascript API is still being loaded on the page. If so, that's a likely cause of the problem. You'll need to disable MyAPI completely for JFBConnect to work as the old FB library and new Graph API are completely incompatible.

There are plenty of other minor issues that may be the reason though as well. Can you send me a link to the page with the issue? If we take a peek, we should be able to help you solve it quickly.

The site is www.dietadvice.com.au. I've totally removed MyApi.

The problem is most likely the Share module. We've recently discontinued including it in the download area because of a conflict between it and other Facebook widgets. Unfortunately, this is a conflict on Facebook's end, and not something we can directly fix in JFBConnect.. though we're investigating some ideas.

Please try and disable the JFBCShare module on the page and see if that fixes the problem. For more information on the cause and Facebook's recommendation to use the Like button instead, see:

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Howdy. It looks like it was the Share button. I removed the inclusion of it in the "Content - Article Footer" plugin, which was inserting it in the bottom of every article. We're sorry the Share button doesn't work, and will hopefully have a better solution soon.

In the meantime, if you'd like to automatically include the Like button and Comment module, you can use our JFBCContent Plugin which allows you to automatically insert these Facebook widgets at the top or bottom of every article. For more information, see our blog post:

Good luck, and let us know if you have any other questions!
