Friends pictures not showing

Sorry, we looked at your site yesterday and weren't able to come up with any reason why this is happening. We're investigating possible reasons now, but unfortunately, don't have much of a solution.

On the 'other' site, can you try (temporarily) using the Facebook FanPage ID from that page on a site that doesn't show images and see if the same thing happens? That will help us to diagnose if it's something with those Fanpages, or something with JFBConnect itself. We're not seeing this happen on other sites, but that doesn't mean it's not an issue with our component.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Sveltoss, the suggestion I had was to take the Fanpage ID of the site you mentioned that worked and use it in the JFBConnect FanPage module to see if it doesn't work there. That way, we can determine if it's the fanpage itself, somehow, or JFBConnect.

I just did a test with the PokerPro fanpage, and I can get the avatars to show up:

The only difference I see in our 2 configurations is that I have "Stream" set to Yes. If I turn it to No, the avatars dissappear as well. If you can try changing this setting to see what happens, we'd love to hear your results. Stream should not be required (I don't think) to see avatars, but we'll be investigating it further.

Thank you for reporting your results. Looks like Facebook tweaked how the FanBox work a little. No longer can you specify how many connections (avatars) actually show, but have to specifically state that avatars should show.
