No problem Kevin. I actually thought it was pretty amusing. It doesn't look good when you find a post that's not responded too, and doesn't look good for us.

We're actually going to be locking all old threads that haven't had any recent activities (3+ months) to prevent this in the future. It will also help users, hopefully, find more relevant answers to their problems if they see that the post is locked.. which means it's probably about an old issue.

Should you need any help with the issue you're having though, just let us know. We do have great support for our subscribers, and Facebook integration can sometimes be frustrating, but JFBConnect usually makes it pretty painless.
