How collect users infos and export them

Which info are you looking for? Currently, we only import information into CB, JomSocial, and Kunena. We're working on a much more extensible, plugin-based integration that will be available in 3.1. This will allow for us to add integration with other components, or for you to 'roll your own' if you need too.

So.. in short.. right now, you'd need to use one of the other 'community' components to import FB data into.. then export that to your CRM. Hopefully soon, you'll be able to create a plugin to capture that data and push it to whatever other format you want.
