Is it possible to add a menu item for a page (like invite friends)? When I go to add menu item I see the option there and when I click on it it just refreshes the page and does nothing... Pls see screenshot...

The invite friends is a module only. No dedicated page for this. Right now, the way to create a page specific to that is to create an Article, put some text in the article describing why the user should invite their friends, and then placing the module in a module position on that page (generally below it). This is the best way, in our opinion, as you can then hand-craft the 'surrounding' content to try to ensure more invites to your site. The above is what we do on:
facebook.sourcecoast.com/jfbc-invite-full-view

There are no other 'pages' contained within JFBConnect that you'd want to link to. The Login/Register page is only shown if the user clicks the "Login With Facebook" button and is registering.

If you have different ideas on you'd like it to function, or if you'd like the JFBCInvite to be it's own page, let us know and we can investigate the different options.

Alright, noticed you posted in another thread too.. let's keep the topic here as, although the subject isn't really related, it's a more recent post.

Using Firefox, I was able to see the Login to Facebook button at the top of the screen on most pages I clicked on. Can you give more specifics as to the browser your using and specific pages that aren't working?

Thanks!

Ok thanks I had swicthed to using the joomsocial fb connect feature but its buggy and limited (I dont find any invite feature in it) so I switched back and now need to make the log in module horizontal and not sure which css class to use and you can also see the facebook button not showing up on any page that has an article (meaning that it ONLY shows on the community and forum pages) and I cant find any bug. I am also trying to integrate it into the joomsocial and not sure if there is anything I need to do to do that. i did not find any documentation on it.

Thanks very much for your help

You can place the login module on any page you want, including the JomSocial home page with the normal login area. There's a div around the login module called "jfbc-login" which you can use to customize the specific styles in addition to the parameters in the module to remove extra buttons or links you may not want.

Again, with Firefox, I was able to see the button on the pages I tried. If you can tell me your browser and specific pages that aren't working for you, that'd help us to find the problem.
