In the login module parameters, what is your setting for "Registration component" If it's Community Builder, you'll only see a "Forgot Login" link, as they don't have separate pages for forgot username and password. Try playing with those values and see if they appear, and you're ok with where the links go.

If nothing works, let us know.

Does it change if you change the Community Builder setting to "Joomla"? Have you modified the template for the JFBCLogin module at all?

Can you provide a link to the page so we can see the HTML that is being produced to generate the login module?

Finally, the last thing we'd suggest is re-installing the JFBCLogin module. You should be able to do this without uninstalling the current version (and losing your settings). After you install again, edit the module and hit 'save' to make sure everything is properly saved.

Here is the site link. the login module is on top menu
accessresortshotel.com/

I tried everything you suggested. If I set it to Joomla it shows up but when I change it back to CB it disappears.

thanks

The hover module that the JFBCLogin module is in is obscuring the text. If you look at the HTML code, you'll see the "Forgot Login?" text. However, the line below is forcing the width of the module to be too small. Please contact the developers of that module to figure out why it's resizing incorrectly or place the module in a different position:
<ul class="col1 level2 first last" style="height: 263px;">

A height of 283px shows most of the text, but something is still obscuring it there. I'm not sure what the cause of that is, but the JFBCLogin module is functioning as it should.

I'll try and find that code and see whats going on...

What confused me is when I choose Joomla instead of CB it looks fine and appears to be the same size as the CB "instance" would be. Why would it work for the Joomla setting and not CB?

I don't know why it would be different from one setting to the other. Try not placing it in the hover module and see if it correctly appears when set to CB. The HTML is definitely 'on' the page, just obscured.

Sorry that doesn't point you in the right direction, but I don't think there's anything we can do in our module to fix this.
