I have checked that both JFBConnect User Plugin and JFBConnect Authorization Plugin are installed and published. But why Do I see a "X" and "!" mark in JFBConnect Extension Check. I got an error "account and password not matched". I doubt it is the root cause. <!-- s:?: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_question.gif" alt=":?:" title="Question" /><!-- s:?: --> JFBC_Connent_Problems.png

Pls advise.

Many Thanks

Seth

The "!" of JFBConnect Authorization Plugin is now removed. But the "X" of JFBConnect User Plugin is still there. Is there anything wrong?

If you mouse over the icon, it should tell you what the issue is. I'm assuming it has something to do with the ordering of the plugins. You need to make sure the Joomla! User Plugin and JFBConnect User Plugin are in the correct order for things to operate correctly.

Let me know if you need any more help with this.

yeah bit what order should the plugins be in?

I have a synchronisatoion plugin which logs users into a number of sites at same time and the FB connect button login doesnt work with it despite the fact the joomla login on the FB connect module DOES synch properly

Any ideas?

www.tradeprofessional.org is the site

Thanks

Thomas

The only rule we stipulate is that the Joomla plugin fires first, then the JFBConnect one. The JFBConnect plugin is responsible for pulling in the user's profile and some maintenance for verifying the Facebook user.

The ordering shouldn't matter unless a user plugin is forcing a redirect, which would prevent later plugins from firing. No plugins should do redirects for this reason, but I don't know the specific one your using. Therefore, any order should work. If you have more details about what's going 'wrong' when you order in different ways, that may help.

Thanks
