First off, I apologize for the lengthy delay. We had an issue that was preventing us from responding to support requests but it is rectified now.

The error with Autotune happens on some sites if you have a firewall or other bot protection that thinks our automated checker tool is spam.

I just looked manually at your site and JFBConnect looks to be installed properly. If you are having any issues with functionality on the front-end of the site, please let us know and we'll gladly help investigate.

1. how can I create a new theme on SCLogin?
2. where do I find update ID for SCLogin and JFB Connect?
3. Is SCLogin version 9.0.244 compatible with Joomla 4?

1. Documentation for creating a new theme can be found here

2. By update ID, do you mean your subscription ID? If so, log in here at sourcecoast.com and navigate to My Account > My Profile and your subscriber ID will be listed on that page.

3. Yes, SCLogin 9.0.244 is compatible with Joomla 4. Going forward, we will be deprecating/not providing support for Joomla 3. If you have any issues using SCLogin on J4, let us know.

Facebook login still not working...
Everything on Facebook app seems OK but it still throws an error regarding URL not listed even though it is (please check attached screenshots).
I'm stuck here!

Your OAuth redirect URLs are not in the correct format.

As described in our Facebook application setup guide , the redirect URLs need to be like the following:
https://yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook
https://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook

I still face an issue on LinkedIn login.
The error message keeps looping after an attemt to login using LinkedIn.
On this case request URIs seem OK.
