Facebook API version compatibility

Hi guys, 
www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/general/changelog  there is no any mention about it on JFBC 9.0.197 Changelog and previous:

1 - Please, Is JFBC 9.0.197 fully compatible with Facebook API 13.0 version ?

2 - Please, Is JFBC 9.0.197 fully compatible with Facebook API 14.0 version ?

"...Facebook will automatically upgrade the call to a newer version when that is deprecated..." = Are you sure ?

I'm asking because as you can see, "automatically" (no action from my part), I found my two FB Api fields settings as "blank" and if I open the dropdown menu I just have the v13 / v14 option to select... I add an image for you
I suppose it is blank because FB automatically update my API to a newer version.

"...When the API request is performed, if a lower version is used than what is supported, FB will bump up the request to the appropriate version...." = Many thanks for the explications, I'm really not used to those dynamics and it is the first time we see the two FB API fields setted as "blank".

Anyway, Please, Can you confirm us:
1 - Is last JFBC 9.0.197 fully compatible with Facebook API 13.0 version ?
2 - Is last JFBC 9.0.197 fully compatible with Facebook API 14.0 version ?
